Can I lose my gut and build upper body muscle at the same time? - normal body muscle
I am a man of 49 years with a 42 "waist. (Yes, tower over my chest.) I'm mostly active and healthy otherwise.
There are about three weeks, I decided to conquer good about this thing. Well, everything they mainly low-fat foods (calories from fat below 30%.) Eat every morning, I'm in BR 70-80 abdominal-President and not 20 minutes on the crosstrainer. (Phew!) I also have alternative exercises with heavy weights. The chest, neck and shoulders one day, arms and legs the next day.
So far, I'm a 6 or 8 pounds to 180, but some of my muscles have become smaller.
Do I need carbohydrates in the muscles feed or is it just normal? When carbohydrates and increase protein in the muscles, not blowing my diet?
Confused about life.
