Dive Weight Mold Should I Do Any Cardio Before Or After Weight Lifting?

Should I do any cardio before or after weight lifting? - dive weight mold

Just wondering if I should be in weight lifting, or even a warming in the cardio equipment the first dive. Is it cheaper to heart before lifting weights, how long should I go?

I lose 25 pounds. I'm a girl. 26 years old. 5'6 ". 160 lbs.

You should have at least 5 minutes time to warm up, then do weights. Then there are at least 30 minutes cardio (45 min h-1 is better). Thus, cardiovascular never tired before you even get to weight-lifting. Lose fat do not use heavy weights (consistent with light weights and more repetitions)

want to build muscle weight lifting first
not always ten minute warmup before weight
